Mangkunegaran Palace lies on Ronggowarsito streets, the center of Surakarta downtown. The prince in Mangkunegaran Palace is called Mangkunegoro. Officially, his name is Prince Gusti Kanjeng Arya Mangkunegara Senopati Ing Ayudha Sudibyaningprang. Mangkunegaran palace was the Mataram dynasty and Prince Sambernyawa (Raden Mas Said) had created it. Since he was 16 years old, he struggled with his military expertise, Prince Mangkunegara I, III, and Prince Pakubuwana Mangkubumi joined forces to fight the Dutch Colonial troops.
King of Surakarta and Yogyakarta kingdoms built power with courage. Heirs continued rationalization of power, namely Mangkunegaran II. He made the Kingdom stronger, and more prosperous people. In literary works published and referenced by the Java community, Prince Mangkunegara balanced tough and clever play skills. He disliked dictating and did not hesitate to act decisively to confront other powers undermining his authority and existence.
Every generation of Mangkunegaran princes prepared an excellent leader and intelligence. The prince's crown has the title name of Prangwadana, and it has given the burden of responsibility from the juvenile stages. The Mangkunegaran prince generation is:
